THE UNIQUENESS FACTOR
"To find meaningful traction, in success, happiness and prosperity you must know and be aligned with what your uniqueness is. I am yet to meet anyone who truly sees themselves and what is unique to them. If you are not finding traction, if you are unhappy with your work or life YOU HAVE NOT FOUND YOURSELF YET; you are resisting something about who you are and until you align with yourself this stuck-ness will remain. I will go as far as to say YOU ARE NOT LIVING YOUR TRUTH. In this world of brand, of image cultivation and posture there is a real risk of losing touch with your truest nature. Further, if you suffer from a background of trauma or of feeling not enough, being criticized or trying to please a parental push to become someone they would like you to become, this too lends itself to trying to present a face to the world that is "pleasing" or "better". There-in lies the trap. "False notes" are broadcast to the world of business and into your circle of influence and inevitably any traction or momentum that was started gets derailed. The task is to be true and real and this includes the vulnerable, mistake-making "weakest" sides of you that you are hiding. These truths need to come out into the arena of coaching and transformation NOW. Too much is at stake with the current climate of change. Get real, get aligned and be truth and coincidentally, what is unique to you will be revealed. I am yet to see anyone who has anchored into that uniqueness and not achieve success; success according to their own unique path. That is one of my competencies. With my own High CQ Model what is revealed is success via your own Uniqueness Factor. Once a person is in touch with who they are, all of the why, what and how come into view. It may sound like some in-substantive marketing ploy but I assure you that my three decades plus work with some extraordinary people have bore this truth out. It is now the cornerstone of my work, my approach and my success. Resisting the truth of yourself creates problems. Lending further support to this conclusion is the physics of consciousness from quantum's new sciences. WE ARE DESIGNED TO EVOLVE and wanting HIGH PERFORMANCE or WISDOM is a coherence issue. GREATER ALIGNMENT = GREATER COHERENCE. You dont have to understand consciousness of the new sciences. You just need to answer some questions that lead to the core of YOU. Then those elusive goals of inspiration, aspiration, even passion and meaning become activated." Yvonne Evans
