Designed to embody the feeling presence of your other selves,  these are not "still your mind" meditations. They are deep state often lying down relaxations into the subtle worlds and your identities. Bring a picnic and visit the
beach after the event!

*Bring a drink bottle,   yoga mat,
blankets and pillow.

Wear comfortable clothing.

You need to be comfortable lying on the floor so if you need extra layering over your yoga mat bring that with you.

We are one street away from the beach.
If you would like to store food and drink in the fridges to picnic on the beach after the program please use them!

Please note that we will refuse entry to attendees presenting with alcohol or drug impairment.
